Music doesn’t get me going nor does it keep me going. For me, it always goes back to calling upon myself to do the impossible; to do something I’ve only dreamed of. I know I can outperform anyone in anything I put my dedication and focus towards. I believe that I’m capable of greatness, and I believe that you are capable of greatness.

This Motivation Monday, I want you to go out and do something you never thought you could. Hell, I don’t even care if it’s related to fitness. Just show someone or something how great you are.

Here’s something to get those pistons firing:

If that’s not enough, I’ve got a few quotes for all those feeling some literary inspiration

“I hated every minute of training, but I said, ‘Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.” – Muhammed Ali

“To hell with circumstances, I create opportunity.” – Bruce Lee

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.” – Henry Ford

“Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger

“It’s gotta be like a, like an angel on your shoulder see? If you ever get hurt and you feel that you’re goin’ down this little angel is gonna whisper in your ear. It’s gonna say, ‘Get up you son of a bitch ’cause Mickey loves you’.” – Burgess Meredith, Rocky

Now, get up and show me how great you are.
