Legs and Cardio- Round 2

Starting Week 4 of the Split(ish) routine, for all of my fitness followers, this is your new Leg and Cardio day. Hopefully, when you wake up in the morning, you won’t be walking around while looking like those crazy inflatable balloon men. Enjoy!

Exercise Rep Range
1a. Weighted Step Up 5 sets
onto a bench hold weights 20 each-switch every rep
Running Style 1 minute after each set
2a. Backward Lunges 5 sets- alternate each rep
15 each leg
2b. Burpees w/ a Jump 5 sets
at the end 30
3. Run 6% incline, 5.5-6mph
10 minutes
4a. Squat Jumps 3 sets of 50
4b. Wall Sit 3 sets for 1 minute each
5a. Leg Extensions 3 sets
6″ reps- 6″up, 6″ down 15, 18, 20
5b. Leg Curls 3 sets
6″ reps- 6″up, 6″ down 15, 18, 20
6. Run a Mile No slower than 6mph
at 2% incline

Nick Levato has been involved with the fitness community for over 8 years. Not only is he a Certified Personal Trainer but, has also been trained in martial arts. Nick has overseen the training of many individuals spanning all ages and fitness goals; and experimented most diets; for competitions, cutting, vegetarian, and general diets to coincide with weight training at the time.
