Sometimes when that sweet tooth hits there is no stopping it. One of the hardest parts about clean
eating is fighting those cravings. Luckily, you don’t always have to keep fighting; you can ‘indulge’
without blowing your diet. This recipes is extremely easy for when you need to quick snack on the go.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Caramel Cakes
2 tbsp PB2
1 tbsp water
1 caramel flavored rice cake
Optional- cut up banana, strawberries or apple
Mix PB2 and water. Spread on top of rice cake. Top with fruit of choice.
Makes 1 serving.
Note: We made these in a hotel room while on vacation.
